Hooray it's spring,  a new season brings new plants, new ideas, and new pictures.  Now it just needs to stop raining!

The first mail delivery of 2009 brought my West Coast Seed Catalogue!  I am so excited, I love planning what vegetables to grow.  As I look out my window to snow and rain  I can hardly wait for warmer dryer weather.  Snow or rain, which is better?  Too much of both is one big slushy muddy mess.  I did get some nice snow pictures of my garden.  See the "Garden Scrapbook" section, and the banner is of my garden too.

I am so excited to be putting together a website that the residents of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows can refer to for their gardening needs.

My goal is to put together a comprehensive list of services and resources available in Maple Ridge, plus gardening information that is unique to our area.

Please check back regularly.  Like a garden, seeds are planted, watered and cared for.  The occasional weeds pulled out and some plants moved to better locations.  So is the life of a website.....
